Privacy Policy

Reminday is designed to keep your personal planning information private and under your control. This policy explains what the app stores and when information leaves your device.

Data stored on your device

Your special days, names, dates, notes, checklists, profile photos, memories, preferences, and notification settings are stored locally on your device. Reminday does not operate an account system or developer-controlled server for this information.

Optional iCloud checklist sharing

When you choose to share a checklist, Reminday sends the occasion name, person name, occasion type and date, recurrence information, and checklist titles and completion status to Apple's CloudKit service. That information is available to the people who join your Apple-hosted share. Notes, profile photos, and saved memory content are not uploaded by checklist sharing.

Permissions

Reminday accesses Contacts only when you choose to import a contact, Calendar only when you choose to add an occasion to a calendar, Photos only for images you select, and Notifications only to deliver reminders you configure. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.

Exports and share cards

Backups and share cards are created only when you request them. You choose the app, person, or location that receives the exported content. Copies saved outside Reminday are controlled by you and the destination you select.

Tracking and advertising

Reminday does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The developer does not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains until you delete it or use Erase all Reminday data in Settings. An owner can stop an iCloud share, and a participant can leave it. Backups or content you exported must be deleted from their destination separately.
